Synopsis:
“I'm dying to be beautiful.”
My story isn't unique. You've heard it before. I'm just a girl who doesn't eat as much as she should. See, I have goals, big ones, and nobody is going to stop me, not even a boy named Emmett. He has good intentions and he's hot as hell, but he doesn't understand what it's like to want something so bad that you'll do anything for it. I'm going to become a model, even if it kills me. Dream big or go home, that's what they always say, right?

Review:
I wasn't sure what to expect when I first starting reading this book, other than a story about girl willing to do anything for her dream. This is a story about a girl with anorexia and it is very well and interestingly written. You never really understand what people with these diseases go through and it makes it so easy to judge. Everyone has things about them that they wish they could change but finding love within yourself is true happiness.
Claire wasn't happy, and Claire did not love herself. After graduating she slowly stops eating. First she just lowers calories but isn't losing how she wants so she continues to spiral until the only thing she is consuming is water. No matter what she looses she thinks she is fat. Everyone is worried about her and trying to help but she pushes them away. Anorexia is like any other drug, you can't stop unless you truly want to.
Claire meets Emmett, who seems to be the only one to understand her and what she is doing. She tries to keep him at a distance but they have a strong connection and he is always there for her. Emmett tries subtly to get her to eat again once she moves in with him. Claire's sister comes by and freaks when she sees her, and that's when things go from bad to worse for Claire. You will have to read it to find out what happens though ;)
It was really interesting to be inside someone's head who is going through this. It's funny that we all think that way sometimes. When I was in high school I thought I was fat, and now I wish I could be that size again! This really is a beautiful book and makes you think about your life A LOT! C.m. Stunich you did a beautiful job and I can not wait to finish Claire's story! Yes there is a book two everyone!
Rating: 4 Stars
** I was provide an ARC of this book for an honest review.**
Cheers,
Erika

Author Bio:
C.M. Stunich was raised under a cover of fog in the area known simply as Eureka, CA. A mysterious place, this strange, arboreal land nursed Caitlin's (yes, that's her name!) desire to write strange fiction novels about wicked monsters, magical trains, and Nemean Lions (Google it!). She currently enjoys drag queens, having too many cats, and tribal bellydance.
Always a fan of the indie scene and 'sticking it to the man,' Ms. Stunich decided to take the road less traveled and forgo the traditional publishing route. You can be assured though that she received several rejections as to ensure her proper place in the world of writers before taking up a friend's offer to start a publishing company. Sarian Royal was born, and Ms. Stunich's books slowly transformed from mere baking chocolate to full blown tortes with hand sculpted fondant flowers.
C.M. is a writer obsessed with delivering the very best and scours her mind on a regular basis to select the most unusual stories for the outside world.
