My name is Dr. Melannie White. I am the head podiatrist and owner of First Step Foot & Ankle by day and avid READER any free time I get. I received my undergraduate degree from LSU and DPM from New York School Podiatric Medicine. I did a 3 year surgical residency in Jacksonville, Florida where my love for books grew as well and the start of this blog. Im also mom to amazing twin boys and a cat named Luna.
