Synopsis:

Well let me start by saying Brooke, I LOVE YOU!!!
This was my first read by Brooke Cumberland. Yes this is book 2 but I read both together. If you have already read Spark, then you are going to LOVE this! Brooke is a master at writing and definitely does not disappoint with book 2. If you have not read Spark, then what the hell are you waiting for?
In Spark we meet Velaney and Eric as he rescues her from her bed when a fire in their apartment building breaks out. These two are perfect for each other, but life doesn't seem to understand that. In Burn you get to see more into each of their families and pasts. No matter how much Velanny tries pushing him away, Eric does not give up and you will find yourself having heart palpations throughout the book because you want it to work SOOO bad! You see the characters evolve throughout the book, including Carissa. Flame will be Carissa's book and I am EXCITED!!!
I am trying so hard not to give anything away for those who have yet to read book 1, but this is a MUST read! Firefighters are already scorching, but Eric is a whole new level of hotness!
As in Spark, you will think you know what's going to happen in Burn and then Brooke will through you a curveball! I can't believe it took me this long to finally read her books and I cannot wait for more!
