Review:
I was given this book as an ARC in exchange for anHonest review.
An amazing and gripping series that began with The Awakening now ends with Cry Nike.
The Awakening introduced us to Ben the proverbial non believer, his sister Abby, and of course Makabiand Jehuda. As we come to learn they have been cursed to live for all eternity. Nike the God that kidnaps Abbey's body, taking it over for her own use.
Then you have The Judas Curse, where the journey continues, Ben learning his sister is not exactly dead.
Now Cry Nike. The end of everything as Ben has ever known. Knowing his sister has to die even at his own hands. Nike making Makabi (Mark) write his story for her own purpose, power. We meet new GODS, old Gods... In the end you'll weep for loss, emotions, questions and answers as well
This has got to be without any doubt one of the BEST series of books I have ever read. Angella has taken us in, addicted us and has left her readers wanting for more.
Angella Graff was born and raised in the desert city of Tucson, Arizona. She married and became a mother very young, and after getting started with her family, began her University studies where she found her passion for creative writing, history and theology.
She now resides in Tucson with her husband Joshua, three children, Christian, Isabella and Adia, and their three cats, Archive (Ivy), Lasciel and Anubis. She prefers to spend her days writing, gardening, and reading non-fiction theology theory books. Angella is also an avid, if not fanatic fan of Doctor Who and BBC Sherlock, which tend to dominate her dry, sarcastic humor, a lot of which is apparent in her writing.
