Wine Relaxation and MY Kindle

Mrs. L'amour's book was recommended to me by one of my co residents. She recommended this to me as far as what to read after reasonable doubt by Whitney Garcia (which I absolutely loved). She is an addition to my new read authors of 2014 so I was excited to jump into her book. I mean an alpha male playboy that works for the dirty sex channel network, that alone had my attention. Jennifer and Blake's story is surely an interesting read, lol. 

Jennifer to me is the girl next door. She  is sexy minus having to flaunt it and she's smart as a whip (fist pumps for smart girls). Blake is the son of one of the most successful men in the tv world. He wants to make his own name for himself but think oh him along the lines of the hilton or kardashian  Route where gossip is always in social media.  Ya he would be the poster child for tmz  for sure, lol. 

Oh ya did I mention Jennifer is faithful to her douche of a fiancé. I seriously didn't like that guy. Anyway....she goes out one night with friends and takes a bet to kiss a guy blindfolded  which turns out to be none other than Blake himself. He realizes the girl that won't leave his thoughts is jenn after she shows up for an interview with his station. The next day. Yup things have seriously gotten interesting. Jenn never knew who the man was she kissed but he haunts her thoughts as well. Ofcourse we can't expect the playboy to reveal this secret right away, he has to have a little fun first and avoid the feelings he has that are surfacing, MEN, smh. 

The Blake /jenn back and forth in this one is a funny read at times. However it will also have you screaming at both of them to wake up!  While I liked this book I was expecting more in the hot and steamy department. I'm hoping in the next 2 books this storyline builds especially in that department. Good job mrs. L'amour. Oh and one more thing, beware of the CLIFFHANGER!
