Review:

This is Nicole Jacquelyn's debut novel, and what a way to break in! I really wasn't too sure what to expect, but it was GREAT! The beginning starts off with a bang but then the book takes a quick turn. We go from prim and proper to dirty fast! And by dirty I mean mouths lol!

We start off meeting Brenna who is running away from her abusive husband to a home she left 5 years ago and never returned. This isn't your typical family, its a family of mostly men who are pretty bad ass, especially her dad! He is the vice prez of the gang and she is off limits to all members! Its too bad Dragon didn't know who she was...

Brenna is trying to get her life together for her and her daughter and stopping there is just temporary in her plans. There is SO much that happens but I really don't want to spoil it!!!!

You think you know it all as you are reading, but Brenna has a secret!!!

My ONLY warning is all the vulgar language and the way a lot of women are talked about. BUT it goes with the story and fots all the chatacters. It really wouldn't be the same without it. It is a great book and I highly reccomend!

Nicole Jacquelyn is a single mom of two little girls and a full time college student. She hasn’t watched television in well over a year, she still does things that drive her mother crazy, and she loves to read. At eight years old, when asked what she wanted to be when she grew up, she told people she wanted to be a mom. When she was twelve her answer changed- to author. By the time she was eighteen, when people asked her what she wanted to do with her life, she told them she really wanted to be a writer- but the odds of that happening were so slim that she’d get her business degree “just to be safe”. Her dreams stayed constant. First she became a mom, then she went to college, and during her senior year- with one daughter in first grade and the other in preschool, she sat down and wrote a story.
