This is reguer and Sophie's story. They have known each other since Sophie was a teen and he walked in his apartment to see his screwed up brother taking her innocence on his couch. Well she wasn't so innocent, she was in love but was just in love with the wrong brother. Being a single teen mom, no family, an abusive boyfriend/baby daddy she does the one thing she can, run.
Although she technically ran away and for good reason, she never kept uncle reguer from his nephew. He was the one stable male role model in his life and let's be honest over the years rueger/Sophie's tension kept brewing/building but could they really ever explore it? I mean raising a kid in a motorcycle club and being an old lady...... HELLS YES!
My goodness the exploration of this chemistry between these two was fustrtating, hilarious, and down right sexy at times. Always trying to put THEIR son first, they didn't get it right always but no matter what they always knew they had each other. Not to sound crypt or anything but nothing says I love you like a little murder and disposing of the body!
I loved this series! Loved this book as much as book one. Great job mrs. Wylde! I need book 3 ASAP!
