Omg where do I even begin with this review! Pure utter hotness and awesomeness is the only way I can think to describe sylvia days writing. I've been amazon stalking this book because yes ill admit I'm been pining over Gideon cross. But seriously what woman wouldn't? Even my baby sister is 100% team Gideon! Yes the bookworm apple didn't fall to far from the tree.

This book picks up right where book 2 left off. Gideon and Eva are not together. Oh but trust me we get answers on why? He's trying to protect her from the consequences of his actions. Ok so there is no way around this, can I just say now Gideon cross I loved you through books one/two but seriously what woman doesn't want a man that would go to the extreme of keeping her safe! Ding ding ding Eva you have a winner girl. If you haven't caught on by now yes you can add killer to mr. Cross's resume.
The funny thing is when he revealed the truth to Eva I was honestly not expecting her reaction to go the way it did. Needless to say Eva grew a huge backbone in this book and it was sexy as hell. She finally stepped up to the plate and let MR. Cross no he was hers and she protects what's hers. Ok this is a moment where I'm seriously screaming you go girl!!
Of course the saga of Gideon and Eva could only get juicer right? Eva has a secret sex tape, a heartbroken reporter is trying to destroy Gideon's life, Cary might be a baby daddy, and oh ya Eva's parents are knocking boots. And oh ya someone went to a lot of trouble to keep mr. Cross off the cops radar.... But who could it be?
Through all the drama filled scenes that accompanied this story mrs. Day never let the reader forget the love story of Eva and Gideon. Trust me we had a front row seat to some hot sexy romance scenes but also so sweet memories that were meant to be cherished!
I LOVED this book. I LOVE this series! Great job Mrs. Day I can honestly say you left me with warm fuzzies with this one. I need more ASAP!
